Data we process

• Contact and trial forms: name, e-mail, phone, chosen club, message. Purpose: to reply to you.
• Shop orders: identity, delivery address, e-mail, phone, ordered items. Purpose: to fulfil the contract and meet accounting obligations (10 years).
• Payment data is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; we never see your card number.
• Server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for a maximum of 30 days.

Third-party services

Google reviews and the Instagram feed shown on the site are provided by Trustindex (Trustindex.io Kft., Hungary): its scripts load from cdn.trustindex.io only when the block comes into view and may set technical cookies; like any external content, they receive your IP address. Shop payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd) on its own pages: we never see your card number. The map of our clubs uses the base map of the Swiss Federal Office of Topography (swisstopo, loaded from wmts.geo.admin.ch only when you scroll down to it, which then receives your IP address); the map itself loads no Google service, and “Directions” links open Google Maps. No advertising tool or tracking pixel is used.

No advertising cookies

This site uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies; it counts its own visits (page, language, device type, referrer) without cookies, IP addresses or identifiers. A request sent to a coach from the Coaching page is forwarded to that coach, who may be an independent partner of the club. Your cart is stored locally in your browser only.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@elevategym.swiss.

Hosting

The site and its database are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva.
