ELEVATE was born in 2023 from a simple conviction: a gym can be demanding on equipment, serious about cleanliness and warm in its welcome, all at a fair price. The first club opened in Chavannes-près-Renens on 30 April 2024, the second in Gland on 31 July 2025.
Three co-founders, three complementary paths: Nicolo Buzzi (management), Nicolas Vullioud (operations & coaching) and Michelle Bühler (brand & marketing). In fifteen months the first club passed 1,100 members and a second club opened in Gland.
Today ELEVATE is preparing what comes next: an outdoor training terrace in Chavannes and opening the concept to franchise partners who share our values.

Cancellation
Cancel a 1-year or 2-year membership.
Your request must reach us no later than 30 days before the end of your membership (art. 9 of the terms and conditions). After that deadline the membership renews and unfortunately nothing can be done.
This form applies only to 1-year and 2-year memberships. Other plans (1, 3, 6 months, passes and cards) end automatically at their term, with no action needed.

Frequently asked questions.
I already have a membership at another gym. What can I do?+
Good news: we offer a membership buy-back (up to 3 months) on our annual memberships. Come to reception with your current gym contract and we set up your membership on the spot.
How do I cancel my membership?+
We keep cancellation simple: e-mail byebye@elevategym.swiss with your contract details at least 30 days before the end of your membership, or use the form above. You can also hand in your cancellation in person at reception. Short memberships (1, 3, 6 months) and passes end automatically.
How do I get my membership reimbursed by my insurance?+
You receive a Qualitop certificate with your sign-up confirmation e-mail. Fill it in, sign it and send it to your supplementary insurance to be reimbursed.
I would like to pay by invoice. Is that possible?+
Yes, for all annual memberships. You do need to come in person to set up your contract.
I lost my badge. Can I get a new one?+
It happens! We program a new one for CHF 25 so you keep 24/7 access to the gym.
I am looking for something specific that is not on the website.+
We are an independent, flexible club: we can build custom plans (durations, membership bundles, companies). Write to info@elevategym.swiss, message us on Instagram @elevategym.swiss, or drop by the club.
