FAQ
Your questions before deciding
Is there a sign-up or badge fee?+
No sign-up fee. The badge is handed over at reception; only a lost badge is charged CHF 25.
Can I change plan during my membership?+
Yes, come to reception: we adapt your plan (for example 1 year to 2 years) and work out the difference.
I move away or get injured: what happens?+
With a certificate (medical or a stay abroad of one month minimum), the membership is frozen and extended accordingly. Ask at reception.
How much does my insurance reimburse?+
Thanks to the Qualitop label, most supplementary plans reimburse part of the membership, often between CHF 200 and 800 a year depending on the insurer. You receive the certificate by e-mail.
What if I end up not coming?+
1, 3 and 6-month plans and passes end automatically. 1-year and 2-year memberships can be cancelled online up to 30 days before term.
How does night access work?+
Your badge opens the door at any time. The clubs have CCTV and emergency buttons.
Student prices?+
With a student card at reception: CHF 790 for 1 year, CHF 1,400 for 2 years, or in monthly instalments.
